I feel like writing a journal entry because I havent written one in quite a while, but I don't know what to write about. I guess what has just been happening lately is cool.
Im on student council, and for months I have been planning this giant community yard sale where people can buy vending stalls for 20 bucks each and then they can sell their stuff or you can donate items for student council to sell, and it all happened last Saturday. My parents bought a stall too and we cleared out our entire garage into a trailer and brought it to the sale. After that we brought stuff to goodwill and leftover stuff to the dump. It was cool.
But the whole point is that i had one table for my yard sale stuff to sell and then I had one table for Creative Shock, which is my art and jewelry. It kinda sucked because 1) I forgot my business cards to hand out to people and 2) It was so windy that all my prints were flying away and I think I had to chase them through the parking lot like 10 times and it was kind of embarrassing because I didnt want to lose my art.
Anyways, it all worked out and I didnt lose anything, so it turned out to be a success.

It's Been a While
I haven't been on DeviantART in over 2 years and coming back feels so weird. But I am enjoying it and I am excited to post some of my art that I have made in university. I have really improved since my last surge of artwork, as I have had professional university-level training.
I am excited to express myself here through journal entries and hopefully my DeviantART will eventually catch up to my Instagram.

Super Art-Busy!
So I have been doing quite a bit of art lately! :D
First, I have art class at school, where its just project after project thrown at us. Which I kind of like :) It keeps me busy. I just finished my most recent project, where she gave us a list of titles. I chose 'Hand Grenades', so I incorporated a hand grenade into the trunk of a tree with various shades of green leaves and exposed roots painted in ink. All of this was painted on a slab of semi-sanded wood and I washed it with blue watercolour and the grain of the wood came through brown, which made it two-toned by accident :D
Then there is my business, called Creative Shock, which I'm tryin
My new present!
Finally! I have an SLR camera! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I am so happy!
As my grandfather has 3 SLR cameras, and he only uses one, he gave me his Nikon D80. It's a bit older, but it's my first SLR and I love it! I can now be limitless in my portrayal of photography and art. I can manipulate the shutter speed and aperture, etc to create interesting photos and I cannot wait to try these new trends and art styles. I am especially excited to try light manipulation and night photography. I have seen the cool technique of putting steel wool inside a whisk and attaching it to a chain and then s
